Health benefits of martial arts – part one.

The core health benefits of martial arts trainings are highly helpful to our mind and body wellbeing, let me help you understand by sharing some of these benefits with you.

1. Tone body.

Before she joined our academy she was out of shape and desire a slim fit shape with a flat tummy.
Long story cut short, she now has a sexy slim fit shape.
There are countless exercises in martial art trainings that can birth a well toned body, burns extra calories, promotes weight loss, mental health and prevent obesity.
A well tone body improves your overall appearance, self-confidence and body posture.

2. Decreases stroke risk.

Martial art meditative slow movements like Tai-chi (Taichung) has been proven to improve the lives of stroke survivors and also help them recover their abilities.
 Intentional exercises reduces stroke risk.
An intentional martial art trainings decreases the chances of stroke illness, improves balance, strengthen, lower blood pressure, and resting heart rate.

3. Increases good memory.

Memories are like body muscles that also need development.

It has been proven severally, that schools practicing martial art trainings records better academical success from their students than when they don’t practice martial art training in their school. Exercises improves human memory, creativity, brain growth and thinking.
Do you know exercising 4-hours post-learning improves long-term memory retention?
It increases heart rate which pumps more oxygen to the brain.
People tend to feel more focused after exercises, which can improve productivity at work, at school, and at home. Start martial art trainings.

4. Reduces ankle injuries:

You need strong and endurable ankle for every day activities, regardless of what you do for a living. My ankle would have been sprained without my intentional martial art trainings.
The day my ankle popped right back up and I pause, and continue walking with no injury, no swelling, no pain!
Martial art workouts loosen all the major joints and warm-up the associated muscles, tendons and ligaments to prevent injury example reduces ankle fall injury.

To be continued.
