Knife Attack and Defence

How To Survive Knife Attack – Part one

Here is one of the most effective way to defend a Knife Straight Attack to the stomach.

Basic instructions:

– Be present, courageous and smart.

– Take one leg back as you simultaneously raise your hands up (false surrender), stepping back with a ready stance.

– As he attacks to the stomach, use your hands to block downward, seize the wrist and the entire hand holding the knife.

– Simultaneously turn him with his own force (on motion) while you still seize the wrist with the hand holding the knife.

– Watch the video and practice!!!. You would need to find and practice with a trusted partner so as to help you gain mastery of the technique.
